How does the individual order process work?

• Your vision
  It all starts with an idea! When you apply for a custom order, it is most important for us to find out what your main priorities are. What scents do you like? Why are they important to you? What emotions do they evoke? What product would you choose? This information helps us understand which fragrance will best reflect your brand or desired atmosphere.

• Fragrance selection
  We prepare two to three fragrance samples based on your preferences. This allows you to choose the most suitable option and be sure that the final product will meet your expectations.

• Format and design
  Will it be a candle, a home fragrance, or a fragrant gift set? Together, we discuss not only the scent, but also the visual presentation – the design of the jar, the label, the colors, and the overall style, so that the created product meets your aesthetic needs.

• Production process
  Once all decisions are made, we begin production, which takes an average of 2-3 weeks. Each product is handmade and made with the utmost attention to detail.
